بررسی تأثیر تراکم بوته بر روی کیفیت تغذیه‌ای بذر چهار رقم کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa willd) در شرایط گرم و مرطوب (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان میناب)

چکیده
کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) گیاهی از خانواده تاج خروسیان است که به دلیل تحمل بالا در برابر شوری و خشکی، ارزش غذایی بالای بذر و زودرس بودن آن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق، اثر تراکم بوته (91000، 150000 و 175000 بوته در هکتار) بر روی کیفیت تغذیه‌ای بذر چهار رقم کینوا (Titicaca، Gizal، Q26 و Q29) در شهرستان میناب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی کیفیت تغذیه‌‌ای چهار رقم کینوا تحت تاثیر تراکم بوته به صورت کرت خرد شده– فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح آماری بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در لایسیمترهای مجتمع آموزش عالی میناب در سال زراعی 1402–1401 انجام شد. صفات فنول کل، کربوهیدرات محلول، پروتئین کل و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی در بذر کینوا اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج حاکی از بیشترین میزان پروتئین کل و کربوهیدرات‌های محلول در تراکم 91000 بوته در هکتار و بیشترین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و میزان فنول کل در تراکم 175000 بود. رقم Gizal بالاترین میزان فنول کل و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی را نسبت به سایر ارقام نشان داد و بیشترین میزان فنول کل در رقم Gizal و تراکم 150000 بوته در هکتار بدست آمد. همچنین، رقم Titicaca و Q29 بیشترین میزان پروتئین کل را نسبت به سایر ارقام نشان دادند و بیشترین میزان پروتئین کل در رقم Titicaca و تراکم 91000 بوته در هکتار مشاهده شد. ارقام Titicaca، Gizal و Q29 بیشترین میزان کربوهیدرات‌های محلول را نشان دادند. نتایج نشان‌دهنده تأثیر معنی‌دار رقم و تراکم بوته بر صفات مرتبط با تغذیه نظیر فنول کل، پروتئین و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی بذر کینوا در سطح معنی‌داری یک درصد بود. رقم Gizal کینوا با توجه به اینکه در اغلب صفات تغذیه‌ای مورد بررسی دارای برتری بود، به عنوان مطلوب‌ترین رقم از لحاظ ارزش غذایی برای کاشت در منطقه معرفی می‌گردد.
