بررسی عملکرد و برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی چای ترش (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) در واکنش به آرایش کاشت و مدیریت تلفیقی کود

چکیده
به­منظور مطالعه اثر آرایش کشت و مدیریت تلفیقی تغذیه بر برخی ویژگی چای ترش(Hibiscus sabdariffa L.)، آزمایشی در مزرعه آموزشی شماره یک گروه مهندسی تولید ژنتیک گیاهی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سال زراعی 1402-1403 به صورت کرت­های خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک­های کامل تصادفی، با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. تیمار اصلی مورد آزمایش شامل آرایش کاشت جوی و پشته در چهار سطح (فاصله ردیف 50 سانتی متر (پشته معمولی) و (پشته عریض))، (فاصله ردیف 75 سانتی­متر (پشته معمولی) و (پشته عریض)) و تیمار فرعی شامل پنج سطح مدیریت تلفیقی کود (100 درصد شیمیایی، تلفیقی الف، تلفیقی ب، آلی الف و آلی ب) در نظر گرفته شدند. در پایان آزمایش صفات کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کاروتنوئید، ظرفیت کل آنتی اکسیدانی، قند پنج و شش کربنه، کربوهیدرات کل کاسبرگ، فلاونوئید، فنل و آنتوسیانین کاسبرگ اندازه­گیری شدند. اثر اصلی تیمارهای آرایش کشت، مدیریت تلفیقی کود و بر هم­کنش آنها بر بیشتر صفات مورد بررسی معنادار شد. برهم کنش تیمار پشته عریض ۷۵ سانتیمتری با کود تلفیقی (ب) به­عنوان بهینه­ترین تیمار بر صفات بررسی شده شناخته شد. این ترکیب با بهبود جذب فسفر، تحریک هورمون­های رشد و ایجاد تعادل بین نیتروژن و کربن، بالاترین مقدار غلظت کلروفیل a (6/1 میلی­گرم در گرم)، کلروفیل b (55/0 میلی­گرم در گرم)، کاروتنوئید (8/0 میلی­گرم در گرم)، ظرفیت کل آنتی اکسیدانی 5/82 درصد)، قند پنج کربنه (3/1 درصد)، قند کل (26/1 درصد)، فنل کاسبرگ (9/49 میلی­گرم در گرم)، آنتوسیانین کاسبرگ (5/47 میکرومول در گرم) و عملکرد کاسبرگ (78 گرم در بوته) در تیمار آرایش کشت 75 سانتی­متری پشته عریض با کود تلفیقی (ب) به­دست آمد. بیشترین میزان فلاونوئید (9/4 میلی گرم در گرم) در آرایش کشت 75 سانتی­متر پشته عریض با کود 100 درصد شیمیایی تعلق داشت. این یافته­ها اهمیت به­کارگیری الگو کشت و کودهای تلفیقی را برای بهره­وری پایدار در کشت چای ترش برجسته می­کند.
