تاثیر شدت‌های نوری مختلف بر زیست توده، پروتئین و رنگدانه‌های سیانوباکتر اسپیرولینا پلاتنسیس

چکیده
اسپیرولینا (متعلق به خانواده Microcoleaceae) یک سیانوباکتر است که در گذشته به عنوان جلبک شناخته می‌شد. اسپیرولینا در صنعت خوراک دام و طیور و آبزیان، صنایع آرایشی و بهداشتی و به عنوان منبع انرژی و تصفیه فاضلاب مورد بسیار با ارزشی است. اسپیرولینا منبع غنی از پروتئین، ویتامین، مواد معدنی، اسیدهای چرب و رنگدانه‌ها می‌باشد. این رنگدانه‌های کاروتنوئیدی و فیکوبیلی‌پروتئین‌ها (آلوفیکوسیانین، فیکواریترین و فیکوسیانین) ارزش تجاری بالایی دارند. محتوای رنگدانه به شرایط محیطی مانند شدت نور و کیفیت نور بستگی دارد. در این مطالعه تاثیر شدت‌های نوری (35، 55 و 75 میکرومول فوتون بر متر مربع در ثانیه) بر زیست توده، پروتئین، رنگدانه‌های فیکوبیلینی و فتوسنتزی اسپیرولینا با استفاده از طرح کاملا تصادفی بررسی شده‌است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بهترین نتیجه در شدت نوری 55 میکرومول فوتون بر متر مربع در ثانیه در تولید رنگدانه‌های فیکوبیلینی، کلروفیل‌ها و فئوفتین بود. درحالیکه بیشترین پروتئین و رنگدانه‌ کاروتنوئید در شدت نوری 75 میکرومول فوتون بر متر مربع در ثانیه تولید شد. هر دو شدت نوری 55 و 75 میکرومول فوتون بر متر مربع در ثانیه برای تولید زیست توده مناسب بودند، اما شدت نوری 35 میکرومول فوتون بر متر مربع در ثانیه برای تولید زیست توده و متابولیت‌ها در سیانوباکتر اسپیرولینا کافی نبود. این مطالعه نشان داد که شدت‌های نوری مختلف می‌تواند اثرات متفاوتی در فاکتورهای زیستی سیانوباکتر داشته باشد.
