تاثیر اسید فولویک بر رشد و خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی کاهو قرمز تحت تنش کروم

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: کروم یکی از عناصر سنگین است که اثرات زیان‌باری بر رشد گیاه و سلامت زنجیره غذایی دارد. اسید فولویک، به‌عنوان یک ترکیب آلی و محرک رشد، در افزایش تحمل گیاه به تنش‌های غیرزیستی نقش دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات کاربرد اسید فولویک در ایجاد تحمل گیاه کاهوی قرمز (Lactuca sativa cv. Little Gemحت تنش کروم انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، به‌منظور بررسی تأثیراسید فولویک گیاه بر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی کاهوی قرمز تحت تنش کروم آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سیستم هیدروپونیک در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام شد. تیمارها شامل تنش کروم در سه سطح صفر، 3 و ۱۵ میلی‌گرم در لیتر و دو سطح اسید فولویک (صفر و 05 گرم در لیتر) بودند. پارامترهای اندازه‌گیری‌شده شامل وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه، میزان کلروفیل‌کل، نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم برگ، قندهای محلول، فعالیت آنزیم آسکوربات پراکسیداز ، پراکسید هیدروژن، محتوای کروم در برگ‌ها، نشت الکترولیت، هدایت روزنه‌ای و محتوای آنتوسیانین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: افزایش غلظت کروم به‌طور معنی‌داری وزن خشک اندام هوایی (73/12 درصد)، وزن خشک ریشه (۱۵ درصد) و محتوای نیتروژن برگ (۷/1۷ درصد) را نسبت به تیمار شاهد (بدون کروم) کاهش داد. در مقابل، محتوای قندهای محلول، فعالیت پراکسیداز و میزان پراکسید هیدروژن به‌ترتیب 5/12، ۱۲۹ و ۲۹ درصد افزایش یافت. کاربرد اسید فولویک باعث بهبود صفات رشدی، افزایش کلروفیل کل و نیتروژن و کاهش تجمع کروم در برگ‌ها شد. با افزایش غلظت کروم در محلول غذایی، تجمع کروم در برگ‌های کاهوی تیمار نشده با اسید فولویک افزایش یافت، درحالی‌که کاربرد اسید فولویک میزان کروم برگ را کاهش داد. نشت الکترولیت در گیاهان تیمار شده با اسید فولویک تحت تنش شدید کروم، ۲۳ درصد کاهش نشان داد. افزایش غلظت کروم باعث کاهش هدایت روزنه‌ای و محتوای آنتوسیانین برگ گردید؛ با این حال، کاربرد اسید فولویک هدایت روزنه‌ای و محتوای آنتوسیانین برگ را بهبود بخشید. این نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اسید فولویک با کاهش تنش اکسیداتیو، حفظ یکپارچگی غشا، افزایش رنگدانه‌های فتوسنتزی و کاهش انتقال فلز به اندام هوایی، سمیت کروم را تعدیل می‌کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج کلی حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، حاکی از این است که تنش کروم اثرات منفی قابل‌توجهی بر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی کاهوی قرمز داشت. کاربرد اسید فولویک به‌طور معنی‌داری اثرات منفی تنش کروم را کاهش داد و عملکرد گیاه را در سیستم هیدروپونیک بهبود بخشید. این یافته‌ها نشان‌می‌دهند که استفاده از اسید فولویک می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک راهکار مؤثر برای افزایش تحمل سبزیجات برگی به آلودگی فلزات سنگین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
