اثر محلول پاشی برگی سالیسیلیک اسید بر برخی شاخص‌های رشدی و محتوای آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های غیرآنزیمی گیاه شیرین بیان (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) تحت تنش UV-B

چکیده
شیرین‌بیان (Glycyrrhiza glabra. ) به دلیل تولید متابولیت‌های ثانویه در صنایع مختلف کاربرد دارد. تنش پرتو فرابنفش نوع (UV-B) می‌تواند رشد و متابولیسم گیاه را مختل کند، در حالی که سالیسیلیک اسید به عنوان تنظیم‌کننده رشد، تحمل گیاه به تنش را بهبود می‌بخشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثرات UV-B و محلول­پاشی سالیسیلیک اسید بر ویژگی‌های رشدی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی غیرآنزیمی شیرین‌بیان به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال ۱۴۰۲-۱۴۰۳ در دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شد. بذرها پس از آماده‌سازی و جوانه‌زنی در گلدان کاشته شده و در مرحله ۵-۶ برگی، تحت تیمارهای سالیسیلیک اسید (۰، ۱ و ۲mM ) به‌صورت محلول‌پاشی و تنش UV-B (نیم ساعت روزانه) به مدت دو هفته قرار گرفتند. صفات رشدی (وزن تر و خشک ریشه و برگ) و فیتوشیمیایی (محتوای فنل، فلاونوئید، آنتوسیانین و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی FRAP) ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که UV-B به‌طور معنی‌داری وزن تر ریشه و برگ و وزن خشک ریشه و برگ را کاهش (به ترتیب ۶۷٪، ۶۸٪، % 6/64 و % 5/37 نسبت به شاهد)، اما محتوای فنل و فلاونوئید کل را افزایش داد. کاربرد سالیسیلیک اسید، به‌ویژه در غلظت mM 2، این اثرات را تعدیل کرد و وزن تر و خشک برگ و ریشه را بهبود بخشید. همچنین، سالیسیلیک اسید در ترکیب با UV-B محتوای فنل ریشه را به طور معنی­داری افزایش داد (%130)، که منجر به افزایش فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی FRAP گردید.  فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی برگ (%158) و ریشه (%130) به طور معنی­داری تحت تیمار ترکیبی سالیسیلیک اسید و UV در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش یافت. آنتوسیانین برگ تحت تیمار سالیسیلیک اسید به‌طور معنی‌دار افزایش یافت. این یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده نقش سالیسیلیک اسید در کاهش اثرات منفی UV-B و تقویت سیستم دفاعی آنتی‌اکسیدانی شیرین‌بیان است.
